How to use the Dimok Hypoxic Mask
Guide to Dimok Hypoxic Mask
The Dimok Hypoxic Mask is designed to be used to improve cardiovascular fitness levels. At the front of the mask there are two levers to adjust between four levels of air resistance. The levers allow for easy adjustment during training without the need to remove the mask. Level one is the lowest level of resistance, rising to level four which is the highest. Please see diagram below
To wear the mask, place the mask around the ears and secure at the back of the head using the velcro strap, and adjust to fit.
It’s time to get out of your “Comfort Zone”.
